PEEK manual switching valve

The outer part of the PEEK stop valve
is made of inert PEEK material, and the inner part in contact with liquid is made of PTFE and PCTFE to ensure the acid and alkali resistance of the product.
The pressure resistance is about 10MPa, and the internal thread specification at both ends is 1/4-28UNF (flat bottom), which is suitable for connecting pipes between 1.6-3.2mm.

PEEK gem check valve/valve core
Junhua non-metallic check valve is made of PEEK material plus ruby ​​ball and sapphire valve seat, all of which are corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials. It is guaranteed to have excellent chemical resistance and can be used for corrosive liquids or biological samples. The opening pressure is 1Psi and the pressure resistance can reach 40MPa. It is suitable for preventing liquid backflow in high-pressure flow paths and protecting sensitive equipment. The interface thread specifications can be customized. Diaphragm Check Valve
Junhua’s diaphragm check valve is made of high-purity PEEK + perfluoroether material, which is corrosion-resistant and has an opening pressure of only 2psi. A variety of interfaces are available, suitable for preventing liquid backflow in low-pressure flow paths. The pressure resistance is between 3-13MPa. Suitable for biological analysis.

The spring-loaded high-pressure check valve
is made of corrosion-resistant PEEK material on the outside, imported ruby ​​balls and sapphire ball seats on the inside, and the spring is made of gold-plated stainless steel to ensure very good corrosion resistance. It can be installed at will, with no direction requirements. The opening pressure is 15Psi, the pressure resistance can reach 40MPa, and a variety of interfaces are available, which is suitable for preventing liquid backflow in high-pressure flow paths.

The O-ring check valve
housing is made of corrosion-resistant PEEK or PCTFE, with internal perfluoroether O-ring and gold-plated stainless steel spring. The opening pressure is 15psi, the maximum pressure resistance is 20MPa, and the internal and external threads are 1/4-28UNF.

The housing of the duckbill check valve
is made of high-purity PEEK. The valve core is made of corrosion-resistant fluororubber (FKM) or perfluoroether rubber (FFKM). The opening pressure is about 1 psi. The through-hole size can be customized.

Adjustable back pressure valveSome
instruments and equipment sometimes need to increase the back pressure in the liquid circuit to make the system more stable. Our adjustable back pressure valve uses corrosion-resistant PEEK material and perfluorinated diaphragm in contact with the liquid. The adjustable back pressure range is 0-3MPa.

PEEK debubble
remover: The shell of the microfluidic debubble remover is made of high-purity PEEK, and the internal diaphragm is made of PTFE breathable membrane. It is corrosion-resistant and suitable for use at flow rates below 3mV/min with good degassing effect.
