UNFILLED PEEK has excellent physical and chemical properties in its own right. Its characteristics of high strength, high toughness, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, good insulation, high purity basically meet most of the industrial environment.
PEEK5600G (unfilled PEEK or natural PEEK)
PEEK5600G is one of unfilled or natural PEEK.Outstanding chemical resistance and a high operating temperature (up to 250℃/480F) round out PEEK profile.PEEK5600G has excellent dimensional stability combined with high creep stability, ensuring the suitability of PEEK for the most sophisticated machined parts.

PEEK5600GF30 ( 30% glass fiber filled PEEK)
Compared with unfilled PEEK(PEEK5600G),this 30% glass fiber reinforced PEEK material(PEEK5600GF30) exhibits increased mechanical strength and high rigidity.Plus, improved creep strength and dimensional stability are delivered by the 30% glass fiber filled PEEK.

PEEK5600CF30 (30% carbon fiber filled PEEK)
PEEK5600CF30 is a 30% carbon filled PEEK material that is manufactured by JUNHUA PEEK. Its carbon fiber reinforcement supports the material a high level of rigidity. Carbon fiber reinforced PEEK demonstrates very high mechanical strength values.

PEEK5600LF30( HPV PEEK or bearing grade PEEK)
PEEK5600LF30 black is developed especially for bearing and sliding applications. HPV PEEK is based on a PEEK polymer that has been modified with 10% each of PTFE, graphite and carbon fibres. It combines the properties of a high-grade matrix material with special, wear-improving additives.

PEEK Process
Process with ease
JUNHUA® PEEK polymer is capable of being processed on conventional thermoplastic equipment. Unfilled and filled grades may be supplied in the form of granules, powder or ultra-fine powder. Granules are generally recommended for injection moulding, extrusion, monofilament and wire coating operations. Powder is used for compression moulding whilst fine powders are generally used for coating processes and composite pre-preg manufacture.Process with ease when specifying JUNHUA® PEEK high-performance polymers
Most standard reciprocating screw injection moulding machines are capable of moulding unfilled and filled JUNHUA® PEEK grades. Complex and intricate high performance components can be mass-produced without annealing or conventional machining. Victrex technical experts can assist with design and process variables such as machine design, barrel capacity, screw and mold design and gating.
JUNHUA® PEEK thermoplastics can be used in extrusion processes and equipment including wire coating, profile extrusion, film, pipe, sheet and monofilament production. Unfilled and filled grades are readily extruded using conventional melt processing technology. Our highly experienced technical team can help define the machine design and address any processing challenges.
Compression moulded parts are generally more crystalline, have a higher modulus and tensile strength and are harder with a lower ductility. Glass and carbon fibres may be combined with JUNHUA® PEEK for compression moulding. Our technical team recommends that our customers anneal parts with very thick sections to relieve stresses.
